Equilibrium - the bipolar foundation are working together with researchers at top international centers in the UK and USA to help establish the genes involved in making some individuals more vulnerable to bipolar disorder than others and how they interact with environmental factors.In the first 48 hours of the announcement more than 400 people contacted us to participate in this program.

We have been developing a bipolar disorder specific side-effect rating scale to improve communication with clinicians about side-effects which we know are often not asked about and also to develop a fuller version for use in research studies developing new treatments. We will need your help.
